Prepking formulates, manufactures and distributes fresh ready meals direct to gyms specifically aimed at regular gym goers. We also sell direct to online customers however our pricing structure means that the price that gyms set will always enable them to undercut or match our retail prices enabling gyms to make profits typically in the 33% to 55% range.

The only cost is a nominal £20 a month to cover maintenance and repair/replacement of our top quality fully branded commercial display freezers that we supply free of charge. We also supply high quality point of sale materials that together with the display freezer make it easy to promote sales to your members.
We supply to gyms in boxes of 50 fresh ready meals that can be eaten cold or heated. All of our meals have full macro and nutritional information and all have a high protein content that can be boosted at a small additional cost. All Prepking meals can be heated from frozen in a microwave for immediate consumption following a workout or at any other time.

Unlike some providers we have full traceability of all ingredients and manufacturing processes for every batch of meals we make as required by food standards law which together with fully compliant food labelling means that there is no risk of legal action against gym owners who retail our meals to members.

We have found that gyms that offer our products not only make good profits at no risk to themselves but also receive excellent feedback about the quality and taste of the product from their members who see the meal offer as a significant benefit of membership.
